Vintage Book - Unknown American Thread Co. baby and children's book

I was going to toss this book when I realized it is missing the first and last four pages, but then I looked at the remaining patterns and changed my mind because too many of them are lovely. There is the Little Red Riding Hood cape, e.g., or the toys, or the baby bunting, or the girls and boys bathrobe with slippers. The page with the publication date is missing but I would guess the early 1940s. 28 out of an original 36 pages.
