Rowan Journal, Number Four

Rowan Journal was a magazine sent to members of Rowan's consumer group, Rowan International. We're not sure how long the magazine lasted but this is Number Four, published some time in 1992 (there are promotions for a series of knitting events in November of that year). The magazine includes two knitting patterns (see photos), one needlepoint pattern, plus articles on knitwear designer  Sasha Kagan, painter Jo Dixon, how cottton is produced, 19th Cerntury knitted lace, and knitting postcards, all done with the typical Rowan flair for design.
