RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We take great care to examine all of our goods before they are shipped, but should any item prove defective, we will replace or refund the value of the goods in full, within 30 days of purchase. We will, of course, refund the full cost of return postage. You are free to return any other item for a full refund, within 30 days, but we do not pay postage and shipping for returned items, unless they are defective.
For packages shipped in the U.S., we charge a flat $5 for postage and handling. We ship U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, and whenever possible, try to get your package in the mail on the day it is ordered. For packages shipped to Canada, we charge a $10 flat rate, and for non-U.S. or Canada, a flat rate of $25.
