Book - VogueDesigner Series, 1983, Beautiful Knitting

The Vogue Designer Series focuses on the work of individual designers, in this case, Ryo Tsugawa. Tsugawa debuted as a knitwear designer in 1975. She is highly regarded for her skill in matching materials, knit patterns, and color schemes to simple yet modern designs, often with strong graphic elements. There are 33 designs, most for sweaters for women (including two for sports jerseys) but also including two for men. See our photos for some of the patterns.
